Ordering Your Gown.
When ordering your gown it is best to place your order as early as possible as to avoid any unnecessary stress or pressure resulting from possible manufacturing or shipping delays. Due to the fact that we have many European designs, delays can occur for many reasons. Although we will follow up on each order, feel free to ask us about shipping times for different manufacturers.

Once you decide on your gown, a 50% deposit is required before placing the order with the manufacturer. As gowns are made to order, this deposit is not refundable. Upon your gowns arrival, we will notify you to schedule for your first fitting, and will charge your credit card the balance due on the gown. Alterations are a separate fee that is paid for at the last fitting, or before the dress is picked up or shipped out.
